Abandoned Tracks

I spent a good bit of time wandering these tracks the morning I took this photo and I shot of good bit of photos with my 50mm lens, using a wide open aperture at 1.8. I shoot 95% of my photos with a wide angle lens, but I love experimenting with different focal lengths to change up composition and also to play with bokehs, which aren't typical in HDR photography. Experiment, experiment, experiment. That's how I've learned and grown as a photographer, but I still have a long way to go.

Tomorrow starts a full week of Christmas photos. Trees, lights, and other decorations to celebrate the Christmas season.

I got to walk the tracks around this area a bit and explore when I was in McComb. It's kind of nice when I am able to just take my time and explore new places and find interesting things.
