Big Arrow

Big Arrow

Saturday, I went to see family in Shannon, but on my way, I decided to go through Okolona instead of bypassing it on Hwy 45, which I usually do. As I was driving through, I noticed an abandoned building on the left, which I had never noticed before in my many times driving down old Hwy. 45. I made a mental note of it and headed on to Shannon. On my way back through I stopped and spend about 15 minutes taking lots of photos here.

There is an historic marker there which tell the story of what used to be in these buildings. Instead of typing that out, I photographed the marker so you can read it for yourself.

I am working through all of these photo, so I will for sure be posting more in the future in and around the abandoned buildings. I love finding places like this!
