Home for Christmas

Home For Christmas

So my travel around the state has been hindered as of late because my wife and I finally, after 13 years of marriage, bought our first home in our hometown of West Point. Downtown West Point to be more exact and we absolutely love it. It's a 100 year old house that is in great shape and move in ready, though I have spent much of the first two weeks painting some rooms. Moving in so close to Christmas, we were in doubt as to whether we would be able to get our tree up, but thankfully we did and with the paint color my wife chose for our living room, it looks fantastic, especially with the old mantle in the background.

I hope everyone is having a Merry Christmas with family and other loved ones and that the rest of your year will be blessed with happiness.
