Park Lamp

Park Lamp

I often dig through old RAW photos to see if I missed anything in the past or if I find out that I now like a photo that I once thought wasn't that good. This is one of those photos. I took this a couple of years ago in my early early days of HDR while walking around downtown Columbus at night (obviously). There are probably some things I would do different in the setup and camera settings now, but the colors here are great. As you can see, the colors changes from the top of the photo to the bottom with all of the different lighting going on. There is alwasy a weird green glow from the lamps in the park here that give it a mysterious feel which makes for good photos. I really should go back and retake some photos to see what I can get now with more knowledger and a better camera, both of which I know have!

I just can't help posting these photos of the snow, so if you are annoyed by it you'll just have to forgive me. Who doesn't love photos of snow?

Here's another shot from the fair using tilt-shift. I love tilt-shift photography and I use to make tilt-shift photos when I had a cheap little camera.
