Two Years!

Two Years!

Today marks two years of Mississippi in HDR. That means for the last 728 days I have successfully posted a photo. It's been fun to learn and explore new phtography techniques and editing styles and to grow as a photographer. I feel like I still have a long way to go but I have come far since I began this project, and in the process have branched out into other types of photography.

The above photo is one of the first successful HDR photographs that I captured with my tiny little Sony NEX-3 at the Columbus Marina. This was taken at sunset and the colors were great and the water was offering some nice reflections.

I love this church in downtown Columbus. This is St. Paul Episcopal Church in the downtown area. The building and the grounds are very beautiful and well mantained.
