Early Morning on the Square

Oxford has a beautiful square, so I went one morning to capture it duirng a quiet time of the day, just before sunrise. The lamps were still going and helped create some extra ambient light to add a little extra color. Hopefully I can get back to Oxford real soon and catpure more photos.

Shiny Ford

I took this shot in 2015 at the Market Street Festival as we walked by the car show and saw many beautiful cars. I loved the color of this Ford and the sun really brought out the reflections in the chrome, which HDR can really bring out.

So I went out on a limb this time and tried to figure out what type of plane this is and from what I found, I do believe this is a C-130 Hercules, a plane which has many different functions.

I thought this was a beautiful mausoleum at the Natchez Cemetery. One of many, but this one really stood out because of its size and because of the wrought iron gate around it as well. I encourage anyone to go visit the historic cemetery full of so many interesting stories.

I love these old trains that towns still keep around at old train stations or as monuments in their downtown areas. This train sits behind the old Vicksburg train station in downtown Vicksburg next to the river.
